O estudo utilizou partes de mel\u00e3o, ma\u00e7\u00e3 e abacaxi, segundo a pesquisadora Nataly Maria Viva de Toledo. O resultado foi uma farinha que substituiu 15% da farinha de trigo nas receitas convencionais. A partir disso, a receita utilizada \u00e9 a mesma de um cookie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"18\" data-block-id=\"12\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A receita do cookie \u00e9 feita sem segredos, como o biscoito normal, mas altamente nutritiva, explica a pesquisadora.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"41\" data-block-id=\"13\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A professora Solange Guidolin Canniatti Brazaca, do departamento de Agroind\u00fastria, Alimentos e Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o, foi a orientadora de Nataly na pesquisa. Ela explica que, para fazer em casa, \u00e9 muito importante lavar toda a fruta antes e tomar cuidado com o armazenamento.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"49\" data-block-id=\"14\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">&#8220;Lavar bem com escovinha, &#8216;n\u00e9&#8217;? Fazer uma higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o normal da fruta para depois cortar, retirar os res\u00edduos. Eles devem ser armazenados corretamente at\u00e9 o uso ou at\u00e9 a secagem. Essa secagem, se for feita no forno, ent\u00e3o voc\u00ea deve deixar em uma temperatura bem baixa por um longo per\u00edodo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"26\" data-block-id=\"15\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Nos biscoitos de teste do laborat\u00f3rio, a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o foi acima do esperado, segundo a pesquisadora. &#8220;Por volta de 97% quando foi usado o abacaxi&#8221;, afirma
