altera\u00e7\u00f5es na \u00e1gua e no gelo terrestres, oferecendo novo conhecimento sobre o aquecimento global e a eleva\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00edvel do mar, informou a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/g1.globo.com\/tudo-sobre\/nasa\/\">Nasa<\/a>\u00a0nesta segunda-feira (21).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"43\" data-block-id=\"3\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">\u00c1gua subterr\u00e2nea, oceanos, lagos, rios e mantos de gelo ser\u00e3o monitorados pelo Seguimento do Experimento Clim\u00e1tico e Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o da Gravidade (GRACE-FO, na sigla em ingl\u00eas), uma miss\u00e3o conjunta entre a ag\u00eancia espacial americana (Nasa) e o Centro Alem\u00e3o de Pesquisas em Geoci\u00eancias (GFZ).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"23\" data-block-id=\"4\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O lan\u00e7amento dos sat\u00e9lites est\u00e1 previsto para as 12h47 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (16h47 de Bras\u00edlia), da base Vandenberg da For\u00e7a A\u00e9rea americana, na Calif\u00f3rnia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"17\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O foguete Falcon 9, da\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/g1.globo.com\/tudo-sobre\/spacex\">SpaceX<\/a>, ir\u00e1 colocar os sat\u00e9lites em \u00f3rbita, a 500 km da Terra.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"13\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A dupla de sat\u00e9lites voar\u00e1 a 220 km de dist\u00e2ncia um do outro.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"22\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A Nasa investiu US$ 430 milh\u00f5es (R$ 1,58 bilh\u00e3o) na miss\u00e3o e a Alemanha, cerca de US$ 91 milh\u00f5es (R$ 335 milh\u00f5es).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"25\" data-block-id=\"8\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O novo par de sat\u00e9lites vai retomar as an\u00e1lises do ponto em que a primeira miss\u00e3o GRACE parou, em 2017, ap\u00f3s 15 anos de servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"37\" data-block-id=\"9\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A primeira miss\u00e3o GRACE deu aos cientistas uma cole\u00e7\u00e3o valiosa de dados sobre a retra\u00e7\u00e3o permanente da massa de gelo na Ant\u00e1rtica e na Groenl\u00e2ndia, e gerou informa\u00e7\u00e3o utilizada em milhares de artigos cient\u00edficos, informou a Nasa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"44\" data-block-id=\"10\">\n<blockquote class=\"content-blockquote theme-border-color-primary-before\"><p>&#8220;A \u00e1gua \u00e9 crucial para todos os aspectos da vida na Terra \u2013 a sa\u00fade, a agricultura e a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do nosso estilo de vida&#8221;, explicou Michael Watkins, chefe cient\u00edfico da miss\u00e3o GRACE-FO e diretor
