A ingest\u00e3o de alimentos ricos em gordura e\u00a0<strong>a\u00e7\u00facar<\/strong>, assim como enlatados, contribui para o aumento de componentes t\u00f3xicos no organismo \u2013 que, sobrecarregado, pode n\u00e3o dar conta de todos eles.<\/p>\n<p>Resultado: c\u00e9lulas inflamadas, resist\u00eancia baixa,\u00a0<strong>cansa\u00e7o<\/strong>, pele opaca e peso extra. \u201cO corpo elimina naturalmente as toxinas pela transpira\u00e7\u00e3o,\u00a0<strong>respira\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, fezes e urina. Al\u00e9m de dar uma afinada nas formas, voc\u00ea ainda combate o incha\u00e7o e diminui a\u00a0<strong>celulite<\/strong>. Nesta reportagem, voc\u00ea encontra dez solu\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas (e deliciosas) para incluir no dia a dia. Tem tempero para a salada que ativa o metabolismo e desincha, frutas que promovem uma\u00a0<strong>desintoxica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\u00a0e farinha para colocar o intestino na linha. Preparada?<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Evite industrializados<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Na desintoxica\u00e7\u00e3o, at\u00e9 mesmo a vers\u00e3o light dos molhos industrializados deve ser eliminada do card\u00e1pio, pois tem grande quantidade de s\u00f3dio e gordura. Fique com os\u00a0<strong>temperos<\/strong>\u00a0naturais. O\u00a0<strong>vinagre de ma\u00e7\u00e3<\/strong>\u00a0e o de lim\u00e3o, por exemplo, trazem subst\u00e2ncias antioxidantes e fortalecem a\u00a0<strong>imunidade<\/strong>, deixando o organismo mais ativo contra as toxinas. \u201cJ\u00e1 o azeite de oliva lubrifica o intestino, otimizando a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o dessas sujeiras, e ainda acelera as fun\u00e7\u00f5es metab\u00f3licas\u201d, diz Lizandri Rangan, de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Experimente a farinha de banana verde<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ela \u00e9 famosa por favorecer a flora intestinal. E isso tem a ver com o tipo de amido, que chega intacto ao intestino e produz subst\u00e2ncias que alimentam as bact\u00e9rias ben\u00e9ficas e formam uma barreira contra as intrusas. Com isso, os\u00a0<strong>nutrientes<\/strong>\u00a0s\u00e3o bem absorvidos e voc\u00ea espanta a fome. Use a farinha de banana verde no lugar da tradicional, no preparo de pratos como bolo e torta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veja tamb\u00e9m:\u00a0Cuide do seu intestino para acabar com o efeito sanfona<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Aposte em frutas c\u00edtricas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A turma da acerola, kiwi, caju, lim\u00e3o e\u00a0<strong>laranja<\/strong>, por meio de um composto chamado limonoide, faz com que o f\u00edgado libere mais toxinas do organismo. \u201cEsse efeito pode ser conseguido com a fruta consumida in natura ou usada no preparo de peixes,\u00a0<strong>sucos<\/strong>\u00a0ou saladas\u201d, avisa a nutricionista Isabel Jereissati.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Coma alimentos crus<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pelo menos 50% do prato de uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o deve ter op\u00e7\u00f5es frescas e cruas. \u201cDessa forma, voc\u00ea garante a ingest\u00e3o de uma boa quantidade de itens desintoxicantes, como fibras e\u00a0<strong>\u00e1gua<\/strong>\u201c, explica Lizandri Rangan.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Tome ch\u00e1 de hibisco<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A bebida ajuda a reduzir a\u00a0<strong>reten\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00edquido<\/strong>. De quebra, ainda potencializa a queima da gordura, pois combina vitamina C, c\u00e1lcio e antocianina. Fa\u00e7a assim: coloque 1 col. (ch\u00e1) de hibisco em 1 x\u00edc. (ch\u00e1) de \u00e1gua quente e abafe por cinco minutos. Depois, coe e consuma em jejum no caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>7. Beba muito l\u00edquido<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ao longo do dia, o h\u00e1bito \u00e9 fundamental na elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de toxinas por meio do suor, das fezes e da urina. Aqui, vale \u00e1gua, ch\u00e1 ou suco natural, sopa e at\u00e9 alimentos aquosos, como melancia,\u00a0<strong>mel\u00e3o<\/strong>, alface e pepino.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>8. Invista em ch\u00e1-verde com gengibre<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ele acelera o processo de desintoxica\u00e7\u00e3o e o\u00a0<strong>metabolismo<\/strong>. A nutricionista Lara Natacci, de S\u00e3o Paulo, d\u00e1 a receita: ferva por tr\u00eas minutos 1 peda\u00e7o (3 cent\u00edmetros) de gengibre em 1 litro de \u00e1gua, desligue o fogo, acrescente 3 col. (sopa) de ch\u00e1 verde e abafe por 15 minutos. Coe e beba ao longo do dia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E mais:\u00a04 mudan\u00e7as alimentares para ganhar mais sa\u00fade<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>9. Adicione ma\u00e7\u00e3 e br\u00f3colis \u00e0 dieta<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Eles amenizam os estragos causados pelas\u00a0<strong>toxinas<\/strong>.\u201d Tanto a ma\u00e7\u00e3 quanto o br\u00f3colis s\u00e3o boas fontes de antioxidantes, que evitam a forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos radicais livres e diminuem os efeitos do envelhecimento e o aparecimento de doen\u00e7as degenerativas, como o\u00a0<strong>c\u00e2ncer<\/strong>\u201c, diz Lizandri Rangan.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>10.
