Afinal, por n\u00e3o ter adi\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00facar, como \u00e9 o caso dos refrescos e n\u00e9ctares que dominam as prateleiras dos mercados, o suco natural foi louvado at\u00e9 descobrirem que seus a\u00e7\u00facares tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o eram t\u00e3o saud\u00e1veis assim. Nada contra a frutose em si, mas \u00e9 que o processo de espremer a fruta para consumir apenas o l\u00edquido docinho descarta as fibras que controlam a absor\u00e7\u00e3o dos a\u00e7\u00facares pelo corpo, causando picos de hiperglicemia no sangue\u00a0\u2013\u00a0uma das consequ\u00eancias do consumo constante de suco \u00e9 o ganho de peso.
