No entanto, segundo os pesquisadores da Universidade de Bath, no Reino Unido, ir \u00e0 <strong>academia<\/strong> em <strong>jejum<\/strong>\u00a0pode ajudar, sim, a <strong>queimar mais calorias<\/strong> e, at\u00e9 mesmo, obter maiores resultados a longo prazo.<\/p>\n<p>Depois de comer, o corpo se ocupa em digerir o alimento e acaba deixando a <strong>queima de calorias<\/strong> gerada pelos exerc\u00edcios \u00e0 parte. Isso significa que realizar refei\u00e7\u00f5es logo antes do treino pode n\u00e3o ser o recomendado. Em vez de queimar gordura j\u00e1 existente no tecido adiposo, o corpo consumir\u00e1 os <strong>carboidratos<\/strong> recentemente ingeridos como fonte de energia.<\/p>\n<h3>Queima de calorias<\/h3>\n<p>Os pesquisadores acreditam que praticar <strong>atividade f\u00edsica<\/strong> ainda em <strong>jejum<\/strong> pode estimular a queima de gorduras e o aumento da <strong>massa muscular<\/strong>. Segundo Dylan Thompson, autor do estudo, o exerc\u00edcio n\u00e3o estimular\u00e1 os mesmos benef\u00edcios\u00a0no tecido adiposo do que em jejum.\u00a0\u201cIsso significa que o exerc\u00edcio em estado de jejum pode provocar mais mudan\u00e7as favor\u00e1veis no tecido adiposo, e isso pode ser ben\u00e9fico para a <strong>sa\u00fade<\/strong> no longo prazo\u201d, disse o pesquisador ao <em>Daily Mail<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>A pesquisa, publicada no peri\u00f3dico <em>American Journal of Physiology, Endocrinology and Metabolism,<\/em>\u00a0teve como objeto de an\u00e1lise um\u00a0grupo de homens <strong>acima do peso<\/strong>. Em jejum, eles caminharam por 60 minutos e, para comparar, caminharam por mais uma hora\u00a0depois de ter uma caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3\u00a0rico em carboidratos.\u00a0M\u00faltiplas amostras de sangue e tecido adiposo foram colhidas ap\u00f3s comer e jejuar, bem como antes e ap\u00f3s os <strong>exerc\u00edcios<\/strong>. O estudo mostrou que\u00a0a express\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica do tecido adiposo diferiu significativamente entre os dois ensaios.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto as express\u00f5es gen\u00e9ticas\u00a0PNK4 e HSL, que participam da s\u00edntese de prote\u00ednas, aumentaram quando os homens jejuaram e se exercitaram. No entanto, seus n\u00edveis\u00a0diminu\u00edram nos homens que haviam se alimentado antes de caminhar. A pesquisa, publicada em janeiro, mostrou\u00a0que definindo um <strong>momento ideal para as refei\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> seria poss\u00edvel\u00a0queimar at\u00e9 22% mais gordura.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, eles descobriram que os padr\u00f5es\u00a0poderiam ser muito diferentes entre homens e mulheres.\u00a0Enquanto os homens queimavam mais se exercitando antes de comer, em<strong> jejum<\/strong>, para as mulheres a situa\u00e7\u00e3o era oposta.
