Al\u00e9m de fazer bem para o corpo, ele n\u00e3o exige grandes equipamentos de academia que podem gastar quantidades significativas de energia el\u00e9trica; at\u00e9 acess\u00f3rios como halteres e cordas s\u00e3o deixados de lado. E ele \u00e9 bem pr\u00e1tico: pode ser feito em casa e voc\u00ea s\u00f3 vai precisar de uma cadeira, de uma parede e de alguns minutos para realiz\u00e1-lo.<\/p>\n<h3>Que treino \u00e9 esse?<\/h3>\n<p>A pr\u00e1tica virou febre ap\u00f3s a publica\u00e7\u00e3o de um\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/journals.lww.com\/acsm-healthfitness\/Fulltext\/2013\/05000\/HIGH_INTENSITY_CIRCUIT_TRAINING_USING_BODY_WEIGHT_.5.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">artigo do<i> American College of Sports Medicine&#8217;s Health &amp; Fitness Journal<\/i><\/a>, que\u00a0 mostrou 12 exerc\u00edcios r\u00e1pidos que utilizam apenas o peso corporal, uma cadeira e uma parede. Segundo seus idealizadores, Chris Jordan e Brett Klika, o treino, conhecido como circuito de alta intensidade (<span class=\"Apple-style-span\">high intensity circuit training<\/span>, em ingl\u00eas), possui todos os benef\u00edcios de uma s\u00e9rie de exerc\u00edcios de prolonga\u00e7\u00e3o normal, mas \u00e9 realizada em menos tempo.<\/p>\n<p>No programa feito por Jordan e Klika, cada tipo de exerc\u00edcio deve durar 30 segundos, com tempo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de dez segundos entre as s\u00e9ries. No entanto, a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m ocorre durante os exerc\u00edcios. Como assim? Bem, o circuito foi feito para que haja uma altern\u00e2ncia entre m\u00fasculos das partes superior e inferior do corpo, dando um tempo para eles descansarem enquanto voc\u00ea se exercita. Isso faz com que seja importante que a ordem dos exerc\u00edcios seja seguida.<\/p>\n<h3>Dicas importantes<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 Entender um pouco de t\u00e9cnicas e poses em exerc\u00edcios como estes \u00e9 importante, j\u00e1 que o circuito de exerc\u00edcios \u00e9 conhecido por ser desconfort\u00e1vel. N\u00e3o recomendado para idosos, obesos, hipertensos ou pessoas com m\u00e1s condi\u00e7\u00f5es card\u00edacas.<br \/>\n\u2022 Para chegar \u00e0 marca de sete minutos, muitos atletas tentam fazer o exerc\u00edcio da forma mais r\u00e1pida poss\u00edvel. Isso \u00e9 perigoso e pode gerar ferimentos e fraturas. Fa\u00e7a o exerc\u00edcio no seu pr\u00f3prio tempo, n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 progresso se voc\u00ea fizer r\u00e1pido e de forma errada.<br \/>\n\u2022 Desde a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do estudo, muitos questionam se o exerc\u00edcio funciona de verdade ou se \u00e9 outra lenda sobre emagrecimento f\u00e1cil. Especialistas dizem que por mais que o lema &#8220;qualquer exerc\u00edcio \u00e9 melhor que nenhum&#8221; seja, de certa forma, verdadeiro, o exerc\u00edcio sozinho n\u00e3o ir\u00e1 transformar seu corpo. Ele ir\u00e1 aumentar a mobilidade e a resist\u00eancia cardiovascular, pode ajudar no emagrecimento, mas \u00e9 recomendado que seja usado como complemento de outro treino (por ele ser considerado
