Bater todos os outros ingredientes no liquidificador. Refogue o alho e a cebola no \u00f3leo. Acrescente a mandioca, o a\u00e7afr\u00e3o e adicione \u00e1gua. Cozinhe a mandioca at\u00e9 ficar macia. Processe tudo, ainda morno, at\u00e9 formar um creme liso. Adicione o agri\u00e3o. Ferva por 5 minutos, mexendo sempre.
