Dentre os principais fatores associados ao desenvolvimento da doen\u00e7a, destacam-se os gen\u00e9ticos e os socioambientais, entre os quais a obesidade tem sido um dos mais prevalentes.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/globoesporte.globo.com\/eu-atleta\/nutricao\/post\/2020\/07\/27\/como-perder-gordura-visceral-e-manter-a-circunferencia-abdominal-ideal.ghtml\"><strong>O excesso de gordura, particularmente a visceral<\/strong><\/a><strong>, \u00e9 um importante fator de risco para o aumento da press\u00e3o arterial<\/strong>.
