A necessidade de ficar em casa, o trabalho em home office, a redu\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades di\u00e1rias e dos momentos de lazer acarretaram uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o do gasto energ\u00e9tico em boa parte das pessoas. Afinal, ap\u00f3s um m\u00eas sem exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico j\u00e1 h\u00e1 perda gradativa de massa muscular. E a massa muscular \u00e9 fundamental para sa\u00fade e tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 relacionada \u00e0 est\u00e9tica.
