Pelo Nordeste, ela tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 presente nos tradicionais beijus e, agora, na cerveja.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"21\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">J\u00e1 no\u00a0<span class=\"highlight highlighted\">Centro-Sul do pa\u00eds, com destaque para o Paran\u00e1, o amido extra\u00eddo da mandioca \u00e9\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/g1.globo.com\/sp\/campinas-regiao\/terra-da-gente\/noticia\/2015\/04\/mil-utilidades-da-mandioca-que-ja-foi-chamada-pao-da-terra.html\"><span class=\"highlight highlighted\">mat\u00e9ria-prima de diversas ind\u00fastrias.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"40\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Somente na aliment\u00edcia, vai para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de\u00a0<span class=\"highlight highlighted\">p\u00e3o-de-queijo, tapioca e biscoitos<\/span>. ser consumida diretamente. A que \u00e9 usada na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, a\u00a0<span class=\"highlight highlighted\">mansa &#8211; tamb\u00e9m chamada de mandioca doce, de mesa, aipim ou macaxeira\u00a0<\/span>&#8211; n\u00e3o chega a produzir \u201cnem um miligrama de \u00e1cido cian\u00eddrico por litro&#8221;, diz Veiga.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"17\" data-block-id=\"23\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">\u201cJ\u00e1 na brava usada em nossa pesquisa, por exemplo, havia 300 miligramas de cianeto por litro\u201d, compara.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"34\" data-block-id=\"25\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A mansa \u00e9 a mandioca que vai direto para a mesa dos brasileiros e o seu consumo n\u00e3o gera risco \u00e0 sa\u00fade, ressalta Joselito Motta, pesquisador da Embrapa de Cruz das Almas (BA).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"26\" data-block-id=\"26\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Segundo ele, mesmo as farinhas que s\u00e3o feitas com a brava passam por um processo que elimina o \u00e1cido cian\u00eddrico delas, deixando-as apropriadas para a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"21\" data-block-id=\"28\">\n<blockquote class=\"content-blockquote theme-border-color-primary-before\"><p>&#8220;Para fazer a farinha, a mandioca \u00e9 ralada, prensada, esfarelada e torrada. A mandioca era colocada dentro dos rios e igarap\u00e9s (para ser fermentada), mas hoje \u00e9 colocada em caixas d&#8217;\u00e1gua e lavadas antes de serem beneficiadas&#8221;, diz Batista.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"33\" data-block-id=\"76\">\n<blockquote class=\"content-blockquote theme-border-color-primary-before\"><p>\u201cNosso trabalho \u00e9 dar orienta\u00e7\u00e3o desde o plantio, para buscar melhor rendimento da raiz, at\u00e9 a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o.
