Muitas pessoas evitam consumi-la por medo de engordar, mas, segundo a nutricionista esportiva Renata Buzzini, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 motivos para preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, desde que n\u00e3o se cometa exageros: banana n\u00e3o engorda se consumida com modera\u00e7\u00e3o.
