O risco de c\u00e2ncer de mama cresce na menopausa pelo aumento da gordura abdominal. Aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 composi\u00e7\u00e3o corporal. A recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de pelo menos cinco por\u00e7\u00f5es di\u00e1rias. Quanto maior a variedade alimentar e o colorido do prato, maior a quantidade de vitaminas e minerais (potencial antioxidante).
