desperdi\u00e7ar frutas amadurecidas, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel aproveit\u00e1-las em uma salada antes que entrem em processo de deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o. Basta cortar todas que possam estragar e misturar em uma tigela. \u00c9 uma boa op\u00e7\u00e3o para lanches ou sobremesas, ainda mais misturadas com aveia em flocos ou granola.<\/p>\n<p>Outra alternativa \u00e9 fazer um suco de frutas e hortali\u00e7as. Mas essa parte das frutas, que geralmente \u00e9 descartada, pode ser utilizada tamb\u00e9m para fazer ch\u00e1s ou para cozimento junto com arroz e quinoa, trazendo novos aromas e sabores para a refei\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 importante higienizar corretamente as cascas antes de utiliz\u00e1-las.\u00a0 Dica: ao usar raspas de lim\u00e3o ou laranja em um doce, evitar raspar at\u00e9 a parte branca da casca pois ela possui um sabor amargo.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sementes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>As sementes da ab\u00f3bora podem ser torradas no forno e temperadas com ervas finas, por exemplo.
