surjam alguns estudos destacando propriedades de alimentos espec\u00edficos para a sa\u00fade renal, cada vez mais as evid\u00eancias cient\u00edficas indicam que manter uma dieta equilibrada \u00e9 a melhor maneira de evitar complica\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, destaca a nefrologista Andrea Pio de Abreu, diretora da Sociedade Brasileira de Nefrologia e professora da Faculdade de Medicina da USP.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"68\" data-block-id=\"3\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Nesse sentido, ter cuidado com o excesso de s\u00f3dio e carboidratos \u00e9 a principal recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cUma dieta que ajude tanto na preven\u00e7\u00e3o quanto no controle dessas doen\u00e7as deve ser baseada no consumo de alimentos in-natura e na restri\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos industrializados, com elevado teor de s\u00f3dio e gorduras trans\u201d, resume a nutricionista nutricionista Paula Zubiaurre, do Centro de Obesidade e S\u00edndrome Metab\u00f3lica do Hospital S\u00e3o Lucas da PUCRS.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"13\" data-block-id=\"4\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no arterial. \u201cA press\u00e3o alta pode causar dano vascular no glom\u00e9rulo, que \u00e9 uma estrutura interna do rim para filtragem do sangue\u201d, explica a nefrologista data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Ainda que seja comumente associado ao sal, o s\u00f3dio est\u00e1 presente em uma s\u00e9rie de outros produtos, inclusive bebidas adocicadas, como refrigerantes e sucos artificiais. Esses ingredientes s\u00e3o mais perigosos para quem sofre com diabetes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"35\" data-block-id=\"15\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">\u201cNo diabetes, o elevado consumo de carboidratos est\u00e1 associado \u00e0 hiperglicemia (glicose elevada), o que piora a resist\u00eancia insul\u00ednica e desencadeia vasoconstri\u00e7\u00e3o (diminui\u00e7\u00e3o dos vasos sangu\u00edneos) e reten\u00e7\u00e3o de s\u00f3dio\u201d, explica a nutricionista Paula.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"30\" data-block-id=\"16\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">S\u00e3o alimentos ricos em carboidratos p\u00e3es, biscoitos, bolos, massas, batatas e a\u00e7\u00facares de todos os tipos (lactose, frutose, a\u00e7\u00facar cristal ou refinado, a\u00e7\u00facar mascavo, melado, caldo de cana, etc).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"33\" data-block-id=\"17\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">\u201cH\u00e1 diferen\u00e7a entre os tipos de carboidratos, sendo as vers\u00f5es integrais uma melhor escolha, mas igualmente, para haver um bom controle do diabetes, esses cuidado com as fontes de prote\u00edna, como carnes, ovos, leite e queijo. \u201cDevido ao baixo funcionamento do rim, ele pode apresentar dificuldade no processamento desse nutriente\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"37\" data-block-id=\"22\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A especialista destaca que n\u00e3o se trata de restringir totalmente esses alimentos, mas reduzir a quantidade, que deve ser planejada por um nutricionista, levando em conta o est\u00e1gio de insufici\u00eancia renal do paciente no planejamento do card\u00e1pio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"73\" data-block-id=\"23\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Outros nutrientes importantes na insufici\u00eancia renal s\u00e3o pot\u00e1ssio e f\u00f3sforo. Carne bovina \u00e9 rica em pot\u00e1ssio, j\u00e1 o f\u00f3sforo est\u00e1 mais presente em latic\u00ednios. Frutas como abacate e banana, e legumes como beterraba, batata doce, espinafre e couve tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o fontes de pot\u00e1ssio. Uma das alternativas para reduzir a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o do nutriente \u00e9 preparar esses alimentos com fervura ou deix\u00e1-los de molho.
