Foram analisados vegetais coletados em fazendas e centros de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wall protected-content\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"40\" data-block-id=\"4\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O resultado foi divulgado no \u00faltimo dia 16, uma semana depois de a Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (<a href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/tudo-sobre\/anvisa\/\">Anvisa<\/a>) publicar um\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/economia\/agronegocios\/noticia\/2019\/12\/10\/23percent-dos-alimentos-analisados-pela-anvisa-tem-residuos-de-agrotoxicos-acima-do-limite-permitido-ou-proibidos-para-cultura.ghtml\">estudo semelhante<\/a>, s\u00f3 que com alimentos vendidos em supermercados entre 2017 e 2018. No caso, 23% deles apresentaram alguma inconformidade.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"20\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Segundo o governo, as duas pesquisas s\u00e3o consideradas complementares, mas t\u00eam par\u00e2metros e metodologias diferentes, e n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel compar\u00e1-las.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"42\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O estudo da Agricultura considerou 4.828 amostras de 42 alimentos. Al\u00e9m de buscar res\u00edduos de agrot\u00f3xicos, ele tamb\u00e9m verificou a presen\u00e7a de contaminantes qu\u00edmicos (como ars\u00eanio e c\u00e1dmio) e biol\u00f3gicos (microtoxinas e Salmonella), o que n\u00e3o aparece no estudo da Anvisa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"3\" data-block-id=\"8\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Veja os resultados:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"47\" data-block-id=\"9\">\n<ul class=\"content-unordered-list\">\n<li>Em\u00a0<strong>53% n\u00e3o foram encontrados res\u00edduos\u00a0<\/strong>de agrot\u00f3xicos ou contaminantes;<\/li>\n<li>Em<strong>\u00a01%<\/strong>\u00a0deles, havia\u00a0<strong>presen\u00e7a de contaminantes qu\u00edmicos ou biol\u00f3gicos<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Em\u00a0<strong>46%<\/strong>\u00a0foram verificados\u00a0<strong>res\u00edduos de agrot\u00f3xicos<\/strong>, sendo\u00a0<strong>39% dentro do limite permitido\u00a0<\/strong>e<strong>\u00a07% acima do limite<\/strong>\u00a0ou\u00a0<strong>pesticidas proibidos<\/strong>\u00a0para a cultura ou no pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"17\" data-block-id=\"10\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\"><strong>Em uma segunda etapa, o minist\u00e9rio considerou somente as amostras que apresentaram res\u00edduos de agrot\u00f3xicos<\/strong>. Neste universo:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"34\" data-block-id=\"11\">\n<ul class=\"content-unordered-list\">\n<li><strong>89,2% respeitavam os limites<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>10,8%% estavam com alguma inconformidade, sendo:\u00a0<strong>6,6%<\/strong>\u00a0com\u00a0<strong>res\u00edduos de agrot\u00f3xicos n\u00e3o permitidos para aquela cultura<\/strong>;\u00a0<strong>2,7%<\/strong>\u00a0com\u00a0<strong>agrot\u00f3xicos acima do limite permitido<\/strong>; e\u00a0<strong>1,5%<\/strong>\u00a0com\u00a0<strong>agrot\u00f3xicos proibidos no pa\u00eds<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles\" data-block-type=\"raw\" data-block-weight=\"2\" data-block-id=\"12\">\n<div class=\"content-intertitle\">\n<h2>Alimentos pesquisados<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"78\" data-block-id=\"13\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\"><strong>Foram pesquisados mais de 200 tipos de agrot\u00f3xicos em 42 produtos de origem vegetal<\/strong>: batata, tomate, manga, citrus, cebola, beterraba, alho, abacaxi, piment\u00e3o, alface, cenoura, banana, amendoim, kiwi, milho pipoca, soja, morango, castanha do brasil, pimenta do reino, trigo, feij\u00e3o, arroz, milho canjica, milho gr\u00e3o, p\u00eara, caf\u00e9 gr\u00e3o cru, goiaba, mel\u00e3o, farelo de soja, cevada malteada, caf\u00e9 torrado, am\u00eandoa de cacau, castanha de caju, am\u00eandoa doce, pistache, aveia, milho verde, suco de uva, vinho, mam\u00e3o, ma\u00e7\u00e3 e uva.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"22\" data-block-id=\"15\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">As amostras foram encaminhadas e analisadas por laborat\u00f3rios federais, que seguiram, segundo o minist\u00e9rio, metodologias validadas pelo Inmetro e com reconhecimento internacional.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"21\" data-block-id=\"16\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Do estudo mais recente (2018), beterraba, castanha do Brasil, piment\u00e3o, pistache, kiwi e pera apresentaram n\u00edvel de inconformidade abaixo de Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Segundo o governo, os resultados se s\u00e3o parecidos com os apresentados pela Autoridade de Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar Europeia (EFSA \u2013 European Food Safety Authority, em ingl\u00eas).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"34\" data-block-id=\"20\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O mais recente resultado de monitoramento divulgado pela EFSA (2017) revelou que 54,1% das amostras n\u00e3o continham res\u00edduos, 41,8% continham res\u00edduos dentro do permitido e 4,1% continham res\u00edduos em concentra\u00e7\u00e3o superiores \u00e0quelas permitidas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content-ads content-ads--reveal\" data-block-type=\"ads\" data-block-id=\"21\">\n<div id=\"banner_materia__13e963e4-c687-4201-9c53-d7f9dba7af31\" class=\"tag-manager-publicidade-container estudo seriam maiores \u201cporque a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira \u00e9 mais restritiva que a internacional\u201d.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"46\" data-block-id=\"23\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">J\u00e1 o relat\u00f3rio americano de 2017 elaborado pela Administra\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos e rem\u00e9dios dos Estados Unidos (FDA &#8211; Food and Drug Administration, em ingl\u00eas) mostra que 52,5% das amostras analisadas n\u00e3o continham res\u00edduos, sendo que, das amostras com presen\u00e7a de agrot\u00f3xicos, 96.2% foram avaliadas como
