E muitas pessoas fazem uso dele nas prepara\u00e7\u00f5es di\u00e1rias e para temperar as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/boaforma.abril.com.br\/culinaria-saudavel\/salada-refrescante-de-erva-doce-queijo-de-cabra-e-melao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>saladas<\/strong><\/a>. Sem contar no consumo de outros alimentos que possuem a subst\u00e2ncia e a gente nem percebe\u201d, afirma a nutricionista esportiva e funcional Bruna Lyrio, da Cl\u00ednica Nutrindo Ideias.Ou seja, n\u00e3o \u00e9 nada dif\u00edcil ultrapassar esses valores m\u00e1ximos no cotidiano. Para voc\u00ea ter uma ideia, uma Pesquisa de Or\u00e7amento Familiar, feita em 2014 pelo IBGE, estimou que o brasileiro consome, em m\u00e9dia 12g de sal por dia. Mais do que o dobro!E as consequ\u00eancias do exagero no consumo do alimento n\u00e3o s\u00e3o nada legais, viu? \u201cPode gerar uma sobrecarga nos rins, que \u00e9 o \u00f3rg\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel por eliminar o s\u00f3dio do organismo.<\/p>\n<p>Muitos podem desenvolver<a href=\"https:\/\/boaforma.abril.com.br\/nutricao\/o-que-comer-e-o-que-evitar-para-controlar-a-hipertensao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>\u00a0hipertens\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0arterial, uma das principais causas de insufici\u00eancia renal cr\u00f4nica, al\u00e9m de terem um aumento no risco de doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares e reten\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00edquidos\u201d, explica Bruna.<\/p>\n<p>E como a nutricionista j\u00e1 alertou, \u00e9 preciso tomar cuidado tamb\u00e9m com o s\u00f3dio escondido nos\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/boaforma.abril.com.br\/dieta\/6-alimentos-que-parecem-saudaveis-mas-sao-carregados-em-sodio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>embutidos e industrializados<\/strong><\/a>. Alguns aditivos, como o nitrito, nitrato, fermentos e real\u00e7adores de sabor, podem estar adicionando a subst\u00e2ncia a mais na sua dieta sem voc\u00ea saber. \u201cInclusive os doces, por causa dos fermentos e real\u00e7adores de sabor\u201d, diz Bruna.<\/p>\n<h3>Mas o que fazer?<\/h3>\n<p>Vale apostar em temperos naturais como or\u00e9gano, cheiro verde, alho e cebola desidratada, alecrim e ervas finas. Outra boa op\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 fazer uma mistura de sal, ervas e outros temperos. Desse modo, voc\u00ea acaba colocando menos s\u00f3dio no que vai ingerir.
